Skill Mastery and Technique

Tumbling Classes for All Levels

Get ready to flip, twist, and soar! Our Tumbling Classes are designed for athletes of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced tumblers. Classes are held Monday through Friday in the afternoon and evening, ensuring flexibility for every schedule. Whether you want to master the basics or perfect your advanced tricks, we have a class for you!

Class Levels & Focus

Athletes will be placed in the appropriate level based on their skills. Our tumbling curriculum is carefully designed to ensure each athlete progresses at their own pace, building strength, technique, and confidence.

  • Level 1-5 Tumbling

  • We offer classes from beginner (Level 1) to advanced (Level 5).

  • Fundamentals Tumbling

  • Athletes in this class focus on mastering the core skills needed for recreational and competitive tumbling. Our fundamental curriculum includes:

    • Back Walkover

    • Front Walkover

    • Standing and Running Back Handspring Series

    • Front/Back Walkover to Back Handspring Combo

    • Introduction to Tuck Drills

  • Intermediate Tumbling

  • This class takes athletes to the next level with more challenging combination tumbling. Skills covered include:

    • Back Extension Rolls

    • Standing Tuck

    • Round-off Back Handspring to Tuck

    • Punch Front to Round-off Back Handspring Tuck

    • Introduction to Layout Drills

    • Mastering Layouts

  • Advanced Tumbling

  • Athletes will take on specialty skills and learn to twist and flip with precision. Mastery of these advanced moves is key:

    • Whips

    • Punch Front Arabians

    • Layout Step Outs

    • Introduction to Full Drills

    • Mastery of Full Tucks

Pricing & Payment

  • One Class/Week: $100/month (included with Allstar Cheer tuition)

  • Two Classes/Week: $150/month

  • Tuition is due by the 28th of each month. Late payments after the 2nd will incur a $25 late fee.

  • A one-time registration fee of $50 for individual sign-ups or $60 for family sign-ups. This fee is non-refundable and due at initial sign-up.
